Vocational Rehabilitation Strategy
Vocational rehabilitation strategy can take a number of forms, each plan needing to recognize the circumstances, base lines and impairments of the individual.
Assessment and re-integration planning must also take one’s life stage into consideration. A plan for a gifted sixteen-year old student, for example whose injury or illness suddenly brought her academic or athletic aspirations to a halt, may require a Psychologist’s Psycho-Educational support, and specialized Physiotherapy.
Our people have the versatility and expertise to address the most complex and challenging of vocational assignments.
See our WorkPathways brochure for detailed description of all of our vocational rehabilitation and disability management services.
